What started with Mike and Mary Vande Walle in 2001 has grown into five Uncle Mike’s locations, but we’re still a family-owned Wisconsin bakery at heart. From our award-winning Kringle to the breads, pastries and treats we bake every day, our family is proud to carry on the tradition that started it all.

Sea Salt Caramel Pecan Signature Kringle
Our Sea Salt Caramel Pecan Kringle has been named the Best Kringle in North America! We use rich European-style butter to create our dough, giving it a wonderfully buttery flavor. Inside, you'll find a delectable filling of pecans, butter, sugar, and cinnamon. We finish it off with our homemade Danish icing, a sprinkle of sea salt, drizzles of caramel, and even more pecans.
