Joe V. The carrot cake arrived with no card, no instructions and frozen solid. I called into your location 2 times and asked to speak to someone in customer service. Both times I left my information and no one ever called or reached out.
For a 115.00 cake I expected more.
If it were possible to give zero stars I would.
