We want every Uncle Mike’s order to arrive fresh, delicious and ready to enjoy. Here is what you should know when placing an order for yourself or sending a gift.
When We Ship
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to help ensure your baked goods arrive fresh and do not sit with the carrier over a weekend.
The date selected in your shopping cart is the date your order will ship—not the date it will be delivered.
Delivery Time
All Kringle shipments are sent using guaranteed two-business-day delivery. Your package may arrive sooner, but we recommend allowing the full two business days when planning for a birthday, holiday or other special occasion.
Carrier delays caused by severe weather or other circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery timing.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is included in the listed price of products marked “Shipping Included.” Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete checkout.
Sending a Gift
You may include a gift message with your order during checkout. Please double-check the recipient’s name and complete shipping address before submitting your order.
If you are ordering gifts for multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Holiday Orders
Shipping carriers experience higher volumes during major holidays. We recommend selecting an earlier ship date whenever possible, especially when your order is intended for a specific celebration.
Available shipping dates may be limited as a holiday approaches.
Warm-Weather Shipping
We ship our Kringle throughout the year, including during warmer weather. Because our products are perishable, we recommend bringing the package inside as soon as possible after delivery.
Problems With Your Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, is delivered incorrectly or does not meet your expectations, please contact us. Our products and your entire experience are covered by our 100% Guarantee.
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund and do whatever it takes to make things right.
