I sent this to my son for his birthday. Apparently, when it arrived it was in a smashed mess. The packaging wasn’t very sturdy. The Kringle was smashed to pieces. They ate what they could. They said the taste was good.

I sent the large gift box to family for Christmas. They LOVED it, especially the cinnamon bread.

My order was never shipped and missed Christmas. When I called after realizing the order never shipped, I was told I could get a refund or ship the order on January 2nd. Disappointed

Large Gift Box

I ordered two large gift boxes as gifts for family for Christmas with two day shipping. The day they were expected to be delivered, tracking only still said “label created” with no movement in shipping. I had emailed-no response. Called the store and spoke to a woman who took down my name and number saying she’d look into it and call back- no return call. Finally waited until after Christmas and a being a week past expected delivery to email again, this time Nathan. I did receive a response the next day, with only an apology for no one getting back to me, but nothing more in regards to my gift boxes never getting shipped or an explanation for why they were never received. He did remedy it by offering to ship them or refund my orders, which I chose ship. Disappointing when you spend alot of money over the years to support a small business, and receive service that lacks. You initially pay for two day shipping which never happened, and the new packages were not expedited, along with no real apology for them never being received. Will definitely consider elsewhere for future birthday cakes and other occasions.

Ordered a large gift basket with 2 day deliver to arrive before Christmas. Package never shipped and missed the holidays. When I called, they said we can ship it out January 2nd or give you a refund. Disappointed and probably will not shop here again.

Received a phone call from my friends in Texas that received the large gift box I sent....They loved it and I could tell in the voice that they loved it and raved about the bread.....I'll be sending this box again for different occasions....Thank You Uncle Mike for being a big hit in Texas

I surprised my best friend with a gift box from Uncle Mike's. It was such a hit. I will be using them again. Way better than flowers.
