ALL but 1 one Kringle had slid on its side, like the box was put on the end. The frosting was melted off. So for each, I had to carefully unwrap and then scrape whatever icing I could get off the wrapper or cardboard.

I ordered 3 in November and it was great , however I ordered 6 in July for a big family party , when they arrived they where all smashed up and all on one side , after we took the plastic off , I didn’t help , it was a big blab , we ate a little bit but had to throw most of them away , I understand it’s not your fault, we blame Fed Ex , but it was a lot of money for something we couldn’t eat . Two minor issues. 3 of the boxes had some minor crunching on the end, but no damage to the kringle. I'm not sure about the 11 I gave as presents but on my raspberry one the frosting stuck to the clear plastic wrap. A hard plastic cover could solve that problem and make it less messy to access each time when cutting off a piece. Of the four different ones I ordered the cheese was the winner.
