Uncle Mike's began as a full-service retail bakery and continues to serve customers with the same passion and dedication. Our three Green Bay locations and the Appleton Food Emporium proudly offer a complete range of baked goods. From our production facility, which operates 24/7 to meet daily demand, we bake fresh every day for all our locations.

Our Full Line Retail Bakeries (includes Green Bay Stores and Appleton Food Emporium)

Our retail bakeries offer hundreds of products, all stocked fresh daily. Our bakery cases feature our award-winning kringle, freshly made donuts, bagels, artisan and traditional breads, cookies, cake pops, homemade pies, and cupcakes. In our dessert case, we carry a wide variety of cakes with different flavors and fillings, four types of brownies, assorted bars, carrot or red velvet cupcakes, and a selection of cheesecakes. Our freezer case is stocked with over 20 varieties of cakes, including buttercream tortes, whipped cream tortes, carrot cake, and homemade angel food cakes. Some of our retail locations also have delis offering fresh breakfast and lunch sandwiches. For a quick meal at home, we have a range of delicious take-and-bake options, so you can skip the cooking tonight. Plus, we offer gluten-friendly options in our freezer case, providing delicious choices for those with gluten sensitivities.

Recently, we introduced our homemade ice cream, with unique flavors inspired by our bakery products, such as Sea Salt Caramel Pecan Kringle Ice Cream and Carrot Cake Ice Cream. Our stores also feature espresso bars showcasing Colectivo coffee, where we serve espresso drinks made with our own homemade syrups.

We constantly introduce new seasonal flavors and offer a variety of holiday-themed treats. For Valentine’s Day, we have chocolate-covered strawberries; for Easter, small egg-shaped goodies; Halloween brings special desserts; Thanksgiving features pies and festive treats; and of course, Christmas includes our signature butter cookies along with many other delicious offerings. During apple season, we serve hand-dipped caramel apples made with our homemade caramel. Fat Tuesday is celebrated with paczki and king cakes (both offered prior to fat tuesday as well). The list of seasonal delights goes on and on!

Appleton Food Emporium 

In 2023, Uncle Mike's Food Emporium opened in Appleton, WI, combining our full bakery offerings with a restaurant and bar. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, with highlights like wood-fired pizza, smoked meats, craft cocktails, and a variety of other options to satisfy your cravings.

Kringle Shoppes

Our newer concept stores have a smaller footprint and focus on our core product: Kringle. These locations may also offer our popular NYT Cookies (bittersweet chunk cookies with sea salt), ice cream, coffee, and a small selection of freezer case items, including carrot cake, cinnamon raisin walnut bread, cheesy bread, and pints of ice cream.
