It was so good! The raspberry, lemon and cream cheese are mixed together so it’s not layers so it’s a nice light middle

Sent to Florida for a birthday gift. They had it in freezer and had it with their Easter dinner and really enjoyed it!

So so good. I think I may have a new favorite with the Raspberry Lemon Cheesecake. Thanks for the included pointers on popping it in the freezer for just a bit in order to more easily remove the wrapper and not peel off all the delicious goodness on top!
