We placed an order for pick up Christmas Eve. When we got it home it was a raspberry Kringle and not cherry. The woman who waited on us was very confused by our order which was incorrect. When my husband helped her straighten it out it was still wrong. Not sure placing an order helped at all.

We sent kringles to 3 family members again this year and they could not stop raving about them.

The pastry and filling were fine but there was much too much frosting. We had to scrape a lot of it off so we could taste the cherries and pastry. I don't know if this was a one off or they always are made like this but the amount of frosting ruined a quality product.

Whenever I am close to one of your bakeries I always pick up one of your cherry kringles. Since I haven't been that way in awhile I thought I'd get one shipped. Well not so good. After thawing the cherry juice had saturated the kringle making for a very unpleasant consistency. Won't be ordering the cherry shipped anytime soon. The salted caramel was excellent though
