This was a second order with your company.
While Kringle is good, delivery is taking too long.
Both orders took 4-6 days to arrive.
So this may not b store's problem but delivery provider.
Still a problem.

We’ve only ever had your kringles fresh from buying it in person or having someone bring one to us when they come to visit because we don’t live nearby. We wanted one for Easter and decided to order another one to freeze. Everything was neatly wrapped and delivered in perfect condition (I was skeptical). Will absolutely continue to order kringles for shipping whenever we can’t get there in person. Thanks so much! #teamcreamcheese

Cream Cheese Kringle

Always enjoy your Kringles. Truth be told, I was a bit hesitant to order again as I had ordered last November and the Kringle came with the frosting melted and off the breading. It wasn’t until I received this one and read the packaging that I was made a ware that I could have called and received a replacement. At any rate. I will continue to order in the future again. Love the cream cheese Kringle refrigerated and with a hot cup of coffee!! The best Kringles!!

I ordered a Cream Cheese Kringle and requested it to be sent to California for my brother's birthday. He was so excited to receive it because cream cheese is his favorite, but you sent him a Blueberry Kringle instead. The tag on the cake still said "Cream Cheese Kringle," but it wasn't. He didn't complain, but I am not satisfied at all

I am sure it would have been fabulous but it did not arrive the day it was supposed to have come. I had ordered it for a brunch on Friday morning and it did not arrive until later that evening.

This was a gift shipped to dear friend in CA. It was delicious. She said her and her hubby even got up in the middle of night and would sneak another piece. Uncle Mike’s is always a winner.

My wife and I have had several Kringles over the years from other brands but my mother sent me one of Uncle Mike's for Christmas and immediately we had to order another one our self. I shared some with a couple of my students who are used to having Racine Kringle they got from a Trader Joe's, and the competition wasn't even close.

This Kringle is by far in the way in a whole nother category when you talk about Kringles. It's rich with out being overly and smooth. Having a bite of this for desert makes me want to toss out dinner and just eat the Kringle. Excellent quality and taste! You probably already got a few new customers from socal coming your way if they haven't ordered already!
