We are looking for an individual to manage each location. The shifts will vary from opening to closing to some weekend work. This is an ever evolving role, so somebody that is open minded is a must!
Responsibilities: Maintain a friendly and positive attitude Have excellent interpersonal communication skills Enthusiastic about what they do Oversee the daily operations of the store Make sure the store is running smoothly and effectively Handle staff conflicts, problems and complaints Handle customer complaints professionally Motivate clerks in a creative way Help the clerks with learning how to establish working relationships with our customers Enforce rules and policies amongst the clerks Must have a “team” mindset instilled in them Strengths in leadership and team building Capable to thrive in a fast-paced/high-pressure environment
