Our hearts are with everyone affected by the recent tornadoes that impacted our community.
While our Appleton locations were fortunate to escape with only minor impacts, one local bakery family wasn’t as lucky. The Manderfield family, who our family has known for many years, lost one of their bakery locations in the storm.
As a small way to help, from Friday, 7/31 through Thursday, 8/6 (MAIL ORDER 8/3-8/5) we’ll donate $12 from every whole Caramel Chocolate Churro Kringle sold at all Uncle Mike’s Bake Shoppe locations.
At the request of the Manderfield family, $6 from every Churro Kringle sold will be donated to the Manderfield Family Scholarship through the Wisconsin Bakers Foundation. The other $6 from every Churro Kringle sold will be donated to local tornado relief efforts to support those affected by the recent storms.
