Labor Day weekend: Uncle Mike's will be closed on Sunday and Monday this upcoming weekend. Make sure you stock up on your bakery on Saturday which we are open till 4.

Uncle Mike is finishing up his entry for Americas Best Raisin Bread contest. The last day to enter is August 15th. He decided on a carrot cake raisin bread with pecans. There is also a apricot glaze on top for a shine and decorative sugar. Keep a look out for us to start selling it in the stores.

Uncle Mike has come up with a new tasty product. It is a Raspberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake. We took our Rhubarb Sour Cream Coffee Cake and Switched the Rhubarb with Raspberries and put sugar and almonds on the top instead of the struessel. Let me tell you, it is to die for. Come in today to try it. We will try and have it everyday. Some people are saying it is better than the Rhubarb one.
