We just started making Gluten Free products at Uncle Mike's a week ago. We Started with just a bread and added hamburger buns this week. Next week we plan to add cookies and muffins to the lineup. For Gluten Free products we will be baking them fresh every thursdays and all other days we will have it available from the freezer case.

Cake Ordering

For a while now we have offered custom cake ordering on our website. The only thing was you could not pay for it right away online. Now when you want to order a cake, you can choose to pay for it when you pick it up or pay online. It is a feature we thought our customers would enjoy. America's Best Raisin Bread Contest 2009

Sadly Uncle Mike's did not win this year with his 24 Karat bread. He was in the top ten that were competing in Kansas but we did not place in the top 3. We will try a new bread next year. Thank you for all the support.

America's Best Raisin Bread Contest

Uncle Mike's was just told that we are a finalist for America's Best Raisin Bread competition again this year. The competition is in its second year. From here, mike will go to Kansas to try and compete for the Best Raisin Bread in the Country. The bread that got Uncle Mike's in the competition is the new carrot cake raisin bread. Look for it to come to our retail store.

Labor Day

Raisin Bread Contest

Uncle Mike is finishing up his entry for Americas Best Raisin Bread contest. The last day to enter is August 15th. He decided on a carrot cake raisin bread with pecans. There is also a apricot glaze on top for a shine and decorative sugar. Keep a look out for us to start selling it in the stores.
