Uncle Mike's Bake Shoppe

We just started making Gluten Free products at Uncle Mike's a week ago. We Started with just a bread and added hamburger buns this week. Next week we plan to add cookies and muffins to the lineup. For Gluten Free products we will be baking them fresh every thursdays and all other days we will have it available from the freezer case.

Uncle Mike's is your place to come for custom cakes. We will do our best to create anything that you can dream of. Either stop on in, give us a call or even place your order online. We can take your cake order any of those ways. What ever is easiest for you! Remember a better cake makes a better birthday.

For a while now we have offered custom cake ordering on our website. The only thing was you could not pay for it right away online. Now when you want to order a cake, you can choose to pay for it when you pick it up or pay online. It is a feature we thought our customers would enjoy. Sadly Uncle Mike's did not win this year with his 24 Karat bread. He was in the top ten that were competing in Kansas but we did not place in the top 3. We will try a new bread next year. Thank you for all the support.

Uncle Mike's was just told that we are a finalist for America's Best Raisin Bread competition again this year. The competition is in its second year. From here, mike will go to Kansas to try and compete for the Best Raisin Bread in the Country. The bread that got Uncle Mike's in the competition is the new carrot cake raisin bread. Look for it to come to our retail store.
